How do I register?

Click on the register button and create a new account. This account will be verified through a confirmation e-mail. Registration only takes a minute of your valuable time.

Why should I register?

By creating an account, the parts you have ordered are visible on your personal page, just like the status of the order. Easy and clear. Additional information about products we sell becomes visible after registration.

Can I place an order without registration?

No, you need to register. Without registration you cannot buy any product on this website. We need your contact data for shipment and to make sure the order is processed well.

Ordering parts

How quickly will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Normally our team will handle the order between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CEST). Thereafter your shipping information and expected delivery time/date will be visible on your account.

Do you hold stocks?

Yes, we hold stocks of the products displayed on our website. If they are not on stock the product is not displayed.

How do I place an order?

Find the item(s) you want, select the quantity, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. When you've finished browsing and are ready to check out, go to “view cart” on the top of your screen. Make sure all the products and quantities in your shopping cart are correct and click the "Checkout" button to continue. We'll take you to a secured server (SSL) where you'll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.

Can I return my order?

Having second thoughts about your purchase? Absolutely no problem – we are here to help. In case of consumables or glassware, you cannot return the order or a part of the order. If the order consists out of regular spare parts it is possible to return the order within 30 days, free of charge. Once we received the spare parts your bank account will be credited.

Can you supply an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for your products?

If it is necessary for the product, yes. Please contact our Orderdesk by e-mail info@traceelementalparts.com or by phone +31 (0) 15 8795559 to make sure they the MSDS will be delivered together with your products.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

You will receive an confirmation e-mail on the e-mail address you provided.

How quickly can you deliver?

This depends to which area the products need to be delivered and the chosen delivery method (standard or express).

What do I do if the shipment is damaged, items are missing or the shipment is incorrect?

Where can I find the current status of my order?

By logging in to your TraceElementalParts account you can find the current status of your order this will either be: Pending, Processing or Completed

Do I receive a track and trace code?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.

Payment Terms

What are the options for payment?

There are two options: by bank transfer or by paypal account. You can choose the payment method you prefer while ordering.

Do I have to pay in front?

Yes. We can only send the order when payment is received.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. This is absolutely no problem. Your currency will be calculated to Euros at the time we receive your payment.

How do I get my money back when I return my order?

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card.
